Maureen "Mo" James Doherty
Maureen (nick named Mo) was
previously a location manager for the film and
television industry. She worked with the likes
of Peter O’Toole, Lauren Becall, Alicia
Silverstone to name a few. Her position required
her to scout locations that matched the script
and budget of the production . She then “
sold ” her choices to the director and producer.
She has dealt with various properties in her career.
Her love for city life, the arts & culture
makes her the perfect downtown specialist. She
is passionate about keeping up with sarasota’s
ever changing skyline. She considers it a challenge
to know everything there is to know about downtown
sarasota. Her slogan is "Mo knows."
Another passion of Maureen’s is the beach,
seashell collecting, photography and sunsets making
her a natural in also specializing in Gulf Coast
beach properties.
Patrick Doherty
Patrick was previously director
of finance for the largest entertainment promoter
of concerts and theatre – Clear Channel.
His role took him back stage to some of the largest
concerts in the world - from the Three Tenors
to the Rolling Stones. His background also includes
theatre management, and among the shows he produced
were Miss Saigon, Phantom of the
Opera, and Stomp. Patrick is the
team's financial expert. Dealing with statistics,
contracts and international tax implications for
clients. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient
when helping clients understand all of the costs
involved in their real estate transactions.
As well as being a financial
asset to the team, Patrick is an avid golfer and
single digit handicapper who considers himself
an expert in sarasota golf communities. He is
presently a member of the prestigious Oaks Golf
and Country Club.

My passion for nature, the outdoors and photography brought me to Sarasota 15 years ago. The city, the surrounding islands and beautiful Myakka Park offer so much to the outdoor enthusiast I was in my glory…. But of course I also had to work…….. I can honestly say it didn’t take me long to fit right into the Real Estate market here.
I love working directly with clients, whether it is helping them find the perfect home or listing their property to sell, people tell me I am a natural. As a team, we all have different strengths, which allow each of us to bring something different to the team. Together we are extremely successful in offering a complete range of services to our clientele. This partnership has also allowed me to do what I got into the business in the first place to do. When I am not working on real estate I am spending time and enjoying the outdoors with my twin boys.
