The Oaks Club
Why
it makes Patrick's Top 5…
Alright…I may be biased here. The Oaks is
my home course. But it is undeniable that
the lifestyle here is idyllic. The Oaks club recently
underwent extensive renovations that include a
new grill room, golf pro shop and golf locker
rooms. In addition to the golf, the club offers
family tennis on 12 Har-Tru courts, croquet, swimming,
elegant and casual dining and a full calendar
of social events. The club has made bold moves
to upgrade both courses with name architects in
an effort to establish itself as the finest golf
community in Sarasota.
Home Choices…
The community itself includes 1,000 acres on the
east and west side of North Tamiami Trail (US41).
There are three distinct neighborhoods on the
property:
Oak's Clubside:
luxury homes surrounding the two courses. Generally,

Oak's Bayside:
stately homes. Generally, from $1.5 to $8 million.
Mature moss-covered Oaks and Slash Pines along
