it makes Patrick's Top 5…
Since opening in 1991,
the University Park course itself consistently
receives top accolades. It was recently voted
#1 Golf Course in SW Florida and #11 in the state.
As for the community, it won "Best
Development in the Region" and "Best
Community Design in America". University
Park prides itself on the natural environment
that pleases golfers and residents alike. Few
communities have preserved the natural beauty
of the land and gone to the extent that the developers
did. The community consists of working professionals
who are empty nesters, retirees, and some families
with children at home, though the latter are a
minority.

There are many individual
communities within the complex, which makes for
a diverse range of purchasing options in a wide
range of prices. Basically, name your square footage,
your price range, and the age of home you desire
( including new ), the amenities you require,
and you can find it. Depending on the community,
